  First the positive, the shuttle service did run on time. One problem is the shuttle is not marked so on your trip from the airport to the shuttle, you have no idea which one it is. Some of the staff were friendly, some were rude. If fact the person at the desk the morning we left tried to charge us for breakfast which we did not have. Considering our wake up call was 15 minutes earlier and there was no check, not sure how he came to the conclusion that we ate breakfast! I can tolerate mistakes on a bill, however he was downright rude and accused us of lying. While he ultimately did not charge us, it was still unexcusable behavior. I would not recommend this hotel, there are other more reasonable options nearby. Its not worth the price.

  Hotel shuttle did not run from 1500-1620. Needed to take a cab to the hotel for 22 Euros. Hotel room was the smallest that we experienced in Europe. Bathroom had mold growing in the shower and on the wall around the air vent. No wash cloths or hand towels were provided. The room was extremely noisy all night. The hallway echoed with slamming doors and loud conversations. It had an institutional sound. The smalll window had a view of a corporate office building. The only good thing was that we only had to stay one night. We had previously visited the Hotel Ibis in Brussels central and frankly we expected a better experience from this hotel chain.
  
  At the corner of the street is the ETAP hotel that cost 56 Euros instead of the 150 Euros that this terrible place did. It uses the same airport shuttle when available. Or take the train from the airport to Brussels Central and stay at a hotel in town. It will be well worth the additional 30 Euros per night.
