Will never stop at Baymont again

We arrived very late in the evening. In our first room, the room appeared to have not been used in quite some time. Someone had used the rest room and had not flushed...very disgusting. The ironing board cover was stained and horrible. Then we discovered a slug w/it's slime on the wall and on the floor. We were moved to a different room where we found dirt and small dead bugs in the sheets. The night manager offered to move us again, we simply requested clean sheets and made the bed ourselves, the night manager said that she would adjust our rate. The next morning we discovered that she had only adjusted it by $. We spoke to the manager on duty, who was very rude and never apologized for our inconvenience, she asked what we expected her to do, said she had looked at the sheets and found nothing and then she did refund us our entire rate but was very rude and disrespectful to us. We will not ever stay at a Baymont again and will never recommend this hotel to anyone. We had stayed at quite a few hotels in our time and this was the worst due to the lack of concern by management the following day. This is the first time we have ever had to complain about our room and were treated horribly the next day.

This hotel was easy to find and conveniently located right off the freeway. It had an indoor heated pool that the kids LOVED. There were plenty of towels available poolside. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Desk staff were friendly and helpful -- also very efficient. Continental breakfast was good -- fruit, breads, waffles, juice, milk, toast.

The room was large and clean. The bottom sheet was too small for the mattress and would not stay on and the A/C was rather loud. The breakfast was good and the location is very convenient plus a friendly staff.

Overall the hotel was very nice, the staff was extremely friendly and prompt with check-in. The room was very clean and well maintained. This room was well worth the money, then again I have never had issues with Baymont Inns.

Baymont in E'town is exactly what I was hoping to find when I arrived in town. This property is comfortable,clean and convenient to the interstate and any type of restaurant that suits your needs. I will definitely stay here if ever in the area in the future.
