  Overall, a good value and a reasonable hotel to stay in before your filght out of Milan/Malpensa. However, it is too far from Milan to be a reasonable choice for an extended stay in the city. Staff & service were better than expected for this hotel, which in most respects is three-star (any representations of four-star are a tad optimistic). Accomodations were clean and modern. There was nothing particularly standout (good or bad). Complaints were minor: too few outlets to charge any portable devices, and a bit of annoying confusion regarding having to keep your room key in a slot next to the door in order to keep the lights in the room on. The restaurant is reasonably priced (and is the only choice in the immediate area), but will not represent the best meal you've had in Italy. In summary, as much as can be reasonably hoped for in an airport hotel.
