  my hotel suite was clean and relaxing and was every thing i had hoped for and more i was very inpressed by the caring and freindly staff i would and am recommending this hotel to anyone who stays there.

  Whilte staying at this hotel, our dog swolled a pill because the carpet had not been vacuumed properly. She became violently ill and almost dyed during the night. After a $250 vet. visit she gradually is on the mend. The hotel front desk staff misreported the information to the manager and he blamed us for the incident. He even said that our dog brough the pill from the outside and ate it in our room....pathetic. Our last night there, they told us that they had no extra blankets (due to guests "stealing them"), and could not give us replacements for the comforter that our dog soiled; they said that they were all in use. We will never stay at this hotel again and are considering never staying at a Holiday Inn again. What a horrible experience, imagine if this had happened to our child rather than our dog?

  Location, Service, Cleanliness were all GREAT. There are several restaurants withing walking distance that serve really good food as well. This will be my new HQ during my trips to the Bluffton/Hilton Head area from now on. J.D.

  Everything was very nice until I discovered that I had been charged twice for my room. Quite inconvenient!! When I checked in, the young man @ desk said he could see that I had already paid & yet this still happened-??Mgr offered no apology & in no hurry to help-& front desk girl was so rude & unprofessional!! Had to speak w/upper mgmt. These people need a lesson in customer service! I will think twice before staying here again--so BEWARE OF YOUR CHARGES FROM THIS HOTEL!

  The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. room service was good. rooms were clean and cool. breakfast had nice variety.
