we loved this place! It's amazing! We have also stayed accross the water in the mexican town of Barra de Navidad, which only has 2-3 star hotels. The restaurants in Barra De navidad are great though and very affordable. With the Grand Bay being so amazing, I have to honest and say I liked stayin in the town of Barra de Navidad better because I liked being a part of that community instead of feeling like a rich tourist stayin in a gorgeous 5 star hotel accross the inlet. But if you are looking for wonderful service, gorgeous views, and 5 stars, this is the place! You could never leave the hotel and be very happy. If you want a true mexican fishing village experience, I would stay in the town of Barra de Navidad and be a part of the culture.
