We have used this hotel each month for 4 months and will be using it for the next 5 for school. It is consistent, clean, and affordable. We have been able to attain the same room each time we stay and the staff is always courteous. I would recommend this hotel for an affordable option.

Decent place, clean room, clean bathroom, clean beds, free WIFI Internet access with good reception (multiple access points), decent hot breakfast with waffle maker, danishes, muffins, cereal, oatmeal, OJ, Apple Juice, Lemonade, Milk. Internet Terminal in main lobby too. Great value.

The only good thing about this hotel was the daytime front desk lady. She was remarkably nice and efficient! Our first room, (yes, we had to be moved to a second room) had no towels, no heat, no air, broken remote, broken phone and enough space under the door to allow certain 4 legged creatures. Our second room had key cards that deactivated every time time you used them. So before you needed to go back into your room, you had to go to the front desk and have them reprogrammed every single time! Unfortunately, the night desk clerks saw this as a major imposition to them and rudely complied with our request. The maid service would pick up the used towels but never left any clean one so, yes, back to the front desk we go. It was very nice that we had a pool side room but the stench emminating from it was unbearable. It's an outdoor pool with quite a bit of leaves, fungi and creepy crawlies. I would highly suggest another hotel even if it does cost a few dollars more.

We had to wait to check in for our room to be cleaned but it was well worth the wait. Spotless except for a minute amount of mold in the shower and flat pillows. Otherwise the room was very nice and smelled great and it was a ""smoking room"".
