I come to Old Orchard every year and this was the first year I had stayed at the waves and I was very happy with the hotel. The views are great and the rooms are very clean. I would definitely recommend it

My husband and I just returned from Maine. We had an excellent time. Stayed in OOB last year and had horrible room. Waves was excellent, very pleased. The beach is great, right outside the room, short walk down path to the water. This really is one of, if not the best place on the water in OOB. The hotel is strict about it's rules and enforces them, which is great. Had everything we needed. Very friendly staff, great room service, clean, large bathroom, large room, plenty of room to move around. Lots of activities for all ages, lots of small towns to visit for the day, lots of things for children, great restaraunts. Can't wait to go back.

Me and my friend had a very nice stay we loved the area being so close to the ocean you walked out and it was right there. Our room was also very nice the beds were comfortable.We had no complaints would recommend this place to everybody traveling to old orchard beach.
