pretty darned bad.....
11/27/2009Where to begin... the bathroom had busted trim and a messed up drain, there was dirt on the door, the walls, and the light switches, the "clock radio" ...
where to begin... The bathroom had busted trim and a messed up drain, there was dirt on the door, the walls, and the light switches, the "clock radio" did not work AT ALL, and the very worst of all, the door lock was missing. .I don 't mean a piece of the lock, I mean the whole top lock was missing, and it looked as if our door had been kicked in at some point and the lock broke off the frame. We had to push the table and the chairs up against the door when we went to sleep, (and the table's legs were loose and wobbly..a risky proposition)..and before we left, the towel rack in the room fell off the wall, as it was hanging by a thread anyway, and it was hanging by one side of the drywall..it had been toggled into drywall, not into a stud, so it was just sitting in a bunch of powder and cardboard to begin with!! Although I will admit I did get a few hours sleep, I was nervous all night about someone breaking in and said an extra little prayer that we would be safe. All in all, a really unpleasant and frightening experience.

Upon arrival at the hotel, I found the hotel looking like it belongs in the ghetto. It look there was a fire at some point. I found this place was totally unacceptable for $*.The staff would not cancel my room, said it was online travel agency's responsibility. I knew he wanted to drag out the time so I couldn't cancel the room.
