  This hotel is getting older and needs a bit of updating. The only bad thing is the restaurant was not open in the hotel, and there are not a lot of options for dining. There is one restaurant up by the chair lift for the Chili Express, and their food is not very impressive. The room we had was large and comfortable, but one thing I noticed is that none of the rooms as far as I could tell had a microwave. Also there is no air conditioning in the hotel, which is only a problem during hot days in August, but not extremely uncomfortable.
  
  For the price it was a good value.

  I booked this resort because it had a swimming pool but the swimming pool was closed. the maid never came to clean the room. i had to get my own ...

  I booked this resort because it had a swimming pool but the swimming pool was closed. The maid never came to clean the room. I had to get my own towels. The front desk makes you wait 5 mintues before they come out of their back break room to help you every time. only one place in town was open that served breakfast,(Avalons) it was awful. And the near bye lake doesn't even allow swimming. if your looking for summer recreation this is not the place.
