This Red Roof Inn was the second Grove City hotel I've stayed in in two weeks. I stayed in the adjacent property, the Hampton Inn, where I paid over $*** for one night. This property was comparable, the room was clean, if not over deodorized, and the complimentary continental breakfast was one of the nicest, if not the very cleanest I've ever had. I only paid $** per night here, and am VERY happy with my choice. If you are interested in staying in a convenient, inexpensive, property that provides excellent value for money, than look no further.

Front desk person was very unorganized. Housekeeping staff was a joke, only 1 spoke English. I was gone all day & my room was never touched, so I hung out the DoNotDisturb after that. If you wanted coffee later in the evening the lobby doors were locked. For being refurbished, the carpets were filthy. I was afraid to walk around with nohting on my feet. We were told to go to our rooms by the night manager(?), we were talking very quietly outside our room. The only good thing about my stay there was that it was convenient to where we needed to be. I have stayed at other RRI locations, and they are run totally different than this one. Your people either need retrained or get new people or you won't have a business there in a few years. I found a receipt dated June 9, 2008 under the desk in my room. I checked in on the 19th...it should have been cleaned sometime in that time frame. It was in plain view & not hidden way back.

Rude front desk clerk. "Stalked" by night clerk who patrolled outside rooms and directed adults to go to bed at 11pm. THIS HOTEL IS A FRANCHISE, as we were told by RRI customer service, only required to follow some of their rules. Difficulty getting towels, etc. One family found a used bunion bandaid in their bed. Carpet was FILTHY. Couldn't communicate w/housekeepers- did not speak any English. Wouldn't let one of our dads cancel the last night's reservation (though he was attempting to do so within the appropriate time frame) because they had "already had too many cancellations for that night." Would stay in my car before I would stay here again.

This Red Roof location is excellent with many activities and restaurants nearby, and the value for a overnight stay is good as well. Would recommend for travelers and for someone that simply needs a place to sleep when in the area.

The Red Roof is located in a great location and near many activities. It is a good value for a place to stay when not wanting all the extra amenities that are not necessary. I would stay here again and have several times.
