I stayed there for one night and I must say, this was the worst hotel I had EVER stayed at. I saw the neon sign from the highway and decided to take a rest for the evening. I stood at the front desk for over 10 minutes before an employee arrived to check us in. I was scared. The room was filthy, the outlets were inoperable, the lights flickered all night, the door looked like it had been kicked in; the linens were filthy and the carpet was extremely dirty. I placed a chair under the main door handle for extra security. I was surprised my car was there the next morning. There apperars to be several residents that live there permanently. They watch you when you come and go. I was afraid to leave to get food; out of fear someone was going to break into my room! The hotel offered a free continental breakfast the following morning. I darted out of there as quickly as I could and ate at a nearby restaurant. If your a female or are travelling with children; please pay an extra $ and stay at a more safer establishment. There are several hotels within five miles that are worth frequenting.

I never ended up staying the night at this place. Why? It was because by just pulling up and getting out of my car I felt extremely uncomfortable with my surroundings. It was dirty and there were several people (guests?) sitting out on the sidewalk. I walked into the lobby and right back out; I found another place to stay down the road. Sacrificing one prepaid night for my own peace-of-mind was not a difficult decision.

It's cheap, but not worth it. Rooms smelled funny and were dirty looking. Bathtub looked filthy, and I wouldn't even shower in it. Man running desk was rude. Sign in office said that rooms are cleaned every 2 days, if you need towels, bring your dirty ones to the desk and they'll exchange them for clean ones. That tell you what kind of hotel this is?
