My boyfriend and I were visiting Cedar Point and wanted a nice place to stay to rest after our long day. We got the basic queen package for a very cheap price. It is only five minutes away from the park and located very easily off of OH-2. It looks like it might be noisy but is actually very quite! The room and bathroom was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The one downside was that their internet was down, but really didn't matter since we were only there to rest. The breakfast was good, which led us not having to pay for food in the morning. On our last night, I actually fell down their steps, and the night manager was very helpful in finding the nearest emergency room and giving me ice. When we decide to go back to Cedar Point, we will definitely use this hotel again.

We were very happy with the location, service and cleanlyness of this hotel. The service was friendly and informative, the pool was clean and warm the property was in excellent condition. the infrequent trains were not to noisy. Definetly would stay here again.

We arrived at the hotel at 5pm. We opened the door to our suite and it was filthy dirty. The pillows from the coach were thrown on the floor, the beds were not made, there was food all over the counter and much more.I saw a cleaning lady in the hall and she went down to the desk. I also went down to the desk and I was not happy. We had dinner plans with friends at 5:30pm which we were not able to keep. We brought up all our luggage and we weren't about to bring it back down three floors and bring it back in again. So there my family and I sat for 45 minutes until they cleaned our room.We were sitting in the wonderful hallway. Also, when we went to bed and pulled out the sofa bed there lay the dirty sheet and blanket from the people before us all wrinkled and dirty. The man at the counter was pleasant and he told me I had to contact your office.I almost forgot, our sink in the suite was clogged up so we couldn't use it our first night . It was fixed the following evening. I don't understand what the problem was. It wasn't like we got to the hotel early. We got there about 5pm and it should have been cleaned. It just started our vacation off on a negative note. I hope you will compensate us for this, this was really unexceptable. Thanks for your time. Millie Mercado-Dolan

We arrived at the hotel at 5pm. We opened the door to our suite and it was filthy dirty. The pillows from the coach were thrown on the floor, the beds were not made, there was food all over the counter and much more.I saw a cleaning lady in the hall and she went down to the desk. We just spent a night at Microtell Inn and Suites in Huron near Cedar Point and thought the room was very clean, the service was excellent and the breakfast in the morning was good (cold cereals, bagels, muffins, coffee, juice, etc.) One thing I want to warn all travellers about are the trains! I stayed on the second floor and had trains wake me up all night long starting from about 11PM to just after 5AM. There are train tracks which are less then half a kilometer away from the hotel and these trains really lay on their horns while passing. I thought the hotel was exceptional especially for the price but would never stay again because of the poor location next to the train tracks.
