We have stayed at this property several times over the past year and have never been disappointed. Staff is always friendly, room is always clean, and the free continental breakfast is great - hot waffles, bagels, etc. If you are coming to this area to go to the casinos, this is the place to stay!

The hotel was nothing spectacular. I stayed in a Queen suite because it was the cheapest non-smoking available. The staff was very friendly. If you're going to Mohegan Sun and either can't afford their hotel, or they're booked out (that was the case with me) then I'd recommend it. There is a shuttle that will take you to and from the casino which I loved. When you want to come back you have to call the shuttle to come pick you up as long as it's before 2. If you want to stay later than two you have to take a cab. It was clean enough and a great place to crash. On the plus side, the bed was insanely comfortable and I'd like that mattress in my own house. I'm not sure if every room is like that though or if it's just the suites.

Front desk not too speady but friendly, always around and available to assist (Gleb). The shuttle could not be better. We had to call for p/up and they were at the Mohegan in no time, standard procedure. Definetly a must to use the shuttle. The rooms are small, but you are there to sleep. Nothing fancy!!! Not Hilton or Marriot bathrooms, little less than Hampton Inns. I did not ck for pools or anything. Bkfst is small but will get you going until you find a good coffee. Overall staff was good but could use a little revamp in their motivation. Nonetheless the staff never turned me down with any requests. I found it pricey as a regular traveler that I am, but it seems to go with the area hotels. I would go back, no doubt.
