My mother and I experience was a good one. The service desk personnel were friendly, however they were hard to contact by phone because they were outside smoking cigarettes. Also the hallways smell like smoke. My nose may have been little sensitive since I'm a none smoker. The rooms were clean and comfortable which were important aspects of the stay. Two improvements that needs to be made. One, they need to add a elevator for people who are unable to get up and down the stairs. Two they need not allow pets in the hotel. My mother stated see saw a dog in the hotel during our stay. Sorry, I like dogs, but not in the hotel I'm going to stay in. The overall experience was good.

My sister and I stayed at this hotel while visiting friends nearby. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff very friendly and courteous. We had come to this hotel after canceling our reservations at the first hotel we stayed at, which we were extremely disapppointed in the accommodations, especially for the ridiculous price they charged us. The price per night for the 3 nights we stayed here at the Baymont Inn & Suites totaled one night at the first hotel and they didn't even have a pool, plus our air-conditioning wasn't working proplerly so the room was very stuffy. Baymont Inn & Suites is so much more comforable and definitely more clean and modern and my sister and were so much happier staying here and plan to stay again if we ever find ourselves in the area. The one thing I would say the hotel lacks is an onsite restaurant and lounge. Otherwise I thought it was fantastic. :)
