Excellent hotel, hope to go back with you if the price is the same next Christmas. Staff friendly & helpful. Gave us info on how to contact the travelocity agent for the ride back to the airport. We went to the hotel where your rep. was the day before leaving, The hotel personnel gave them a call when they weren't there to pick us up. Finally a cab arrived to take us to the airport. We were wondering if this was just a oversight. Thank you

We booked a last minute trip 2 days before, so I guess we did okay considering it was so quickly booked. Let me break down the key points: Hotel grounds, lobby, facilities: "B". As you enter hotel, all appears to be resort like & nice. But actually it is a little dated. There is no air conditioning in lobby (or any other parts of hotel).Front & rear of lobby is very open and air flows thru it. The weather was great, so no need for air conditioner in lobby/enterence area. But you still get the muggy/humid mexican air feel. Check-in: "A". No problems or issues. Rooms: "C" at best!! Very dissapointed with decor, style & oldness of room. Air conditioner did not work and room had that muggy/humid/moldy feel to it. Our trip was not cheap, so we decided to get over it & enjoy our last minute vacation. Food: "B-". Not bad for all inclusive. Always able to find food to eat somewhere. Drinks were great. Room service was nice too, I think there was a fee for this, but worth it when kids are starving after long day trip. Pools: "A". Well heated & cleaned every night. Lounge chairs were a problem. We were there on spring break & chairs were always taken early (7 A.M.) & hard to reserve. Who wants to get up that early!? Kids pool was a little small since such busy week. Kids can use other pools, but kids pool has kiddie slide & much shallower.
Service: "A". Never had any problems/issues. Tipped a lot. $1 will go a long way!! Entertainment: "B". Kids loved it (6/4). Some nights were better than others. Same dancers every night. Food selection during show is good & of course, all u can drink again -

My husband and I visted in April 2007. We were there with about 130 others from his company. Staff very helpful and willing to please. Hotel in hotel district. You can actually walk to the open air market across the street and still feel safe. Take the horse and buggy ride. It was nice. We will go back as soon as we can!

We loved the hotel! They had very helpful staff; the rooms were nice; the food was good. We loved the swim up bar and the beach and view. Would not pay for transfers again - the provider was a no show. Great value!
