Staff was pleasant enough, locks on doors didn't work and had to keep getting a new key, and eventually I had to get the manager to come exchange the lock on the door. Also maid left room open and unattended while she was cleaning other rooms. Rooms are located outside right on the parking lot. I did not feel comfortable driving up and seeing my room door open and no one around anywhere .

The Pool, although very chlorinated, and hot tub were great. The little breakfast bar was good. The room was okay. Cleanliness was clearly not a priority to this hotel. The carpet was badly stained, baseboards looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months, there were a couple of dead bugs in the bathroom, and the sheets had some little stains on them. We also asked if they had cribs available and they said yes, but when we got there all they had was a travel crib that looked about 10 years old with no mattress -they did give us an extra comforter to lay in the bottom of it, but we let our son sleep in bed with us. I think if it get's better management with someone who cares about details, it would be fine.
