I would not recommend this Motel to anyone. Our room only had one working lamp. No light bulbs in the others. The maids couldn't bring us any because the maintanence man had to tell them what to bring. The bathroom drain was clogged. I washed my hair and got a half a tub full of water. The shower head had a problem. Half the outlets were clogged. These were all reported to the front desk. We were there 3 nights and 2 full days never saw a sign of a maintenance man. The front desk people were under trained and not very friendly or helpful. The price was fine but I know it proves the old saw you get what you pay for.

06/01/2009The hotels was clean, the front desk people nice , but the pook was unheated , and we were very unhappy with it as we wanted to use the pool.

We stayed at Super 8 hotel on May28 and 29th 2 days, when I was checking in I found this hotel have been sold on last November 2008. The new owner dedicated his effort and renovated completely interior and exterior. Rooms are so nice and very clean. I have stayed in this same motel 2 years ago and it was very nasty. When we see different color of the building and new management sign outside, we decided to go in and see again. However it is not the same hotel we have seen before. We will be back again and recommended every body for try again their service.

We stayed in super8 March 20th for family reunion, this motel has changed dramatically. New owner has changed all staff, room decoration, cleaningness everything has been changed and looks beautiful. This is not the same motel what we saw years ago. I would like to complement the new owner for his effort

Me and my wife stayed at the Super 8 in Chadron for my friends graduation recently, and had family that was visiting me stay here when I was attending college. The motel recently transitioned to new owners and management and you can definitely tell, the overall quality and maintenance have greatly improved from the experience my family had before. The rooms are adequately sized, and they were cleaned well. The front desk has been remodeled and the pool area has been redone making it look really nice compared to before. New staff was very friendly and helped us with anything we asked about. Would definitely stay there again.
