  My friends and I stayed here during a road trip. After calling around Albert Lea, we decided to stay elsewhere (because this motel wasn't listed in our AAA book), but when we got there, this motel was right off the high way. We got there just after ten o'clock at night, and the desk clerk was very friendly and very helpful in getting us our rooms quickly, especially since we'd been traveling since 6am EST. Room was very clean, and we all felt very safe! Bathroom sink and shower a little hard to turn on, but other than that no complaints. Free breakfast in the morning was very good, yet quick, so we were able to get on the road again right away. Great place for a quick overnight stay!

  Chosen because it was pet friendly (pet fee of $10), it was a horrible mistake! there was mold on the bathroom walls and a plunger in the bathtub. we killed ...

  Chosen because it was pet friendly (pet fee of $10), it was a horrible mistake! There was mold on the bathroom walls and a plunger in the bathtub. We killed several beetle like bugs, the box spring was stained & there were crumbs in the sheets. People were heard coming and going all threw the night & the motel side entrance card lock was broken so anyone could enter. There was also a horrible smell to the room. Wife & I slept above covers with the lights on for 4 hours, worried about what might come out if the lights were out, then checked out at 3am to get an""early"" start.
