  At approximately 9:00 pm we stopped in to see if we could get a room. Took at least five minutes to find a desk clerk. She came out with her mouth full of food and was still eating it. Without even looking she said ""no reservation... we're full"" and promptly left and went into the back room where she was with a male friend. Service ... absolutely rotten. Never would I consider stopping in there again.
