  We had booked a room for the weekend. When we left our room at noon on Saturday, we removed the DO NOT DISTURB sign. When we returned about midnight, our room had not been serviced. When we notified the front desk, he argured with us and said the sign was on the door. I know for a fact that it was NOT! Upon checking out, we were charged more than we were quoted when we reserved the room. When I tried to solve both problems with CUSTOMER SERVICE, they have blown me off and said I had to deal with the manager. He is basically calling me a liar and has not returned my calls, as of this posting (9-18-07.) We will never stay there or at any other Super 8 again.

  Staff was rude upon check-in. Paid cash required a deposit-wasnt told until check-in. Pool was not lit-swam in dark basically-hot tub not working properly. when asked for extra towels, we were treated like criminals. They asked our room number and name and wrote it down like a tally. When checked out to get our deposit, staff made me wait while they went up and inspected the room. Felt like a criminal and will never stay again.

  This is a great location... far enough from the main thoroughfare, but within 10 minutes of anything you could want. It is a safe area. The staff couldn't be better. They were very accommodating to requests and friendly. The hotel has a stench throughout the halls and rooms (when the A/C isn't on.) The bedspread was soiled. The room was clean enough, other than that. The pool didn't look inviting, although others from our party enjoyed the hot tub. Would I go back? It's a toss up.
