  The room condition was not very good, even for a budget motel. for example, there was mold in the tub caulk. also, when we walked in, the a/c was ...

  The room condition was not very good, even for a budget motel. For example, there was mold in the tub caulk. Also, when we walked in, the A/C was off, and the room was warm and musty. Neither ice machine was working. This is specific to our stay, but there were noisy kids running all over the motel in the middle of the night. The free breakfast was weak. The only positive thing I can say is that the front-desk employee tried to be helpful. Overall, we've stayed in much nicer hotels for less money.

  The hotel is located near several restaurnats and my destination(the SLU campus). The room was very clean and I slept very comfortably. I will plan to stay there whenever I am in town.

  For a Super 8 this hotel exceeded my expectations. Every hotel I have visited in on interstate 12/55 blame Katrina for their condition. This place is super clean and it's located only one exit north of 12. It is located next to major restaurants. The only negative issues are the lack of amenities in the room.(coffee/iron&board)
