    This hotel has had major work done to it. The building looks so clean and bright with its new finish. The old, tired brick walls are all gone and now have a nice design on them, I stayed here and got to meet 2 of the clerks and the manager. Everyone was so helpful and the room was spectacular. The Big E has brought me to the area for the past 4 years and would like to say that this hotel is by far the best value in the area. I had a terrible experience last year but decided to give the hotel another chance when I found out that it was under new management and that it recently became a Days Inn. I wasn't expecting such a difference but was very pleased. I paid an extra $10 for the room with a King bed, pullout couch, flatscreen tv, and fireplace. I have no regrets!

    I have been coming to this property for the past 3 years. It has been updgraded from a fairly decent Super 8 to an extravagant Days Inn! They have refreshed the entire hotel and the staff is extremely friendly. The rooms now include new carpet, furniture, beds, and bathrooms. I really like the dark wood and the light yellow walls. The exterior has been completely redone with the Days Inn colors and the out of order pool is replaced with a beautiful courtyard. I can't say enough about the value of our stay, but the most important factor is that it is easily located right off of I-91.

    This hotel has been completely rennovated and has amazing style now. I have been coming to this hotel for the following 3 years and never have a I seen such a change! New walls, lights, mirrors, beds, furniture, carpetting, and best of all... new bathrooms! Unfortunately the work is now being done on the outside of the building but it has great curb appeal and is an amazing value! I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area, especially if you are looking to spend less than the Hadley/Northampton rates as it is only 2 exits South!

    I spent a good hour on line trying to find an affordable, ""pets allowed"", hotel. their's was listed for, incl taxes, $90.00. we arrive after a 6 hour ...

    I spent a good hour on line trying to find an affordable, ""PETS ALLOWED"", hotel. Their's was listed for, incl taxes, $90.00. We arrive after a 6 hour drive, only to see a sign in the lobby, ""NO PETS ALLOWED!"" The girl working the counter saw the dog in my car & informed me of the rule; I stated that the website indicated, ""PETS ALLOWED"". She blamed Travelocity for not removing the ""PETS ALLOWED"" feature. I stated that it's your business, and you should honor my confirmed rate with my Chocolate Lab allowed to stay. She then phoned the owner who stated I could stay in a ""SMOKER'S ROOM"", we paid for ""NON-SMOKING"", and I would have to pay $30.00 more. Reminds me of a ""BAIT & SWITCH"" tactic; WHAT DO ALL OF YOU TRAVELERS THINK?

    I was only looking for a place to stay one night and for the price this place was OK. No frills. Friendly staff, clean room and beds were OK. The outdoor pool was closed but it was a spacious area. I did not partake in the free breakfast (slept in). It is located just outside a residential area so if you like to walk, sidewalks are available, shopping and restaraunts nearby. I would stay again.
