Our stay was soured by the unfriendly checkin clerk. The harsh, negative responses that we received from her left us feeling belittled, unwelcomed and uncomfortable. Additonally, this hotel could stand to have the bedding and furniture cleaned/replaced.

10/12/2008Horrible experience. room was filthy, ""stained"" chair - heaven only knows with what... couch arms were completely torn and stuffing coming out. mgmnt was completely uncooperative after two days of complaining. ...
Horrible experience. Room was filthy, ""stained"" chair - heaven only knows with what... Couch arms were completely torn and stuffing coming out. Mgmnt was completely uncooperative after two days of complaining. No internet access, nor amends to compensate. Never again. PLEASE - look elsewhere!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

The hotel itself was okay but the manager was a little rude. When we were walking up the stairs the manager yelled at us because we were running eventhough we were not running. The pool was okay but it was small and cold. And the thing that looks like a hot tub in the back of the hotel pictures was a fountain and not a hot tub. I would try not to stay here again

This was a very nice looking facility and for the most part lived up to our expectations. The young man that checked us in was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and appeared clean. There was hair on the floor of the bathroom when we checked and also the partially used bar of soap and a partially used bottle of shampoo was left in the tub area. Not what we expected, but we could handle that pretty easily with a couple of kleenex and the wastebasket. The breakfast served was great for the most part. They offered sausage patties, egg patties, danish, cereal, biscuits and gravy, waffles and the rest of the usual breakfast items. The really bad part was that the juice dispensing machine was literally covered with ants. When the ant situation was mentioned to the "breakfast manager" he laughed and took a towel, wiped the ants off and said there we could use it now...oh I so don't think so. The staff in the breakfast area were very unfriendly, almost to the point of being rude. Anyway if you can overlook some imperfections the place wasn't too bad. We would stay here again if need be, but I wouldn't go out of my way to do it.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and an excellent value. Breakfast was very good with a large variety including eggs, sausage waffles bisquits and gravy as well as the usual cereal toast and rolls. The pool is small but big enough for kids to play in.
