horrible place. Rude, filthy,

Older woman at front desk was downright rude, Needs a lesson in customer service! Rate was higher than we had been told on the phone. No elevator, very hot upstairs. laundry faciilities in repair. Hot tub outside had broken knobs & hairs and scum floating. Beer cans & cig butts behind hot tub. Room furniture was old and beaten up, scratched,trash under bed and under chairs. Chair had something on the arms of it. Too much furniture in the room & not much room to move around. Bathtub had curly hairs in it and was so slippery I fell down. Maid in hallway said I'm not the first to fall; hope she wasnt the one to clean it. Hairs on the toilet and floor. Mini fridge had mold in it. Micro had old crusty food inside. Staff was loud & noisy. Stained uniforms & didnt seem to care about cleaning as much as just leaving! dont blame them. Breakfast looked good until cook shoved stuff down into trash can, prepared food for guest, then sat down to eat her OWN plate of food, all w/the same gloves on. WTH??? Would never stay there again. GROSS

Really nice and super clean. I think we got jacked on the rate because we didn't book online ahead of time and they knew we were tired and just wanted a place to stay! We went ahead and stayed because we had promised our little girl that she could swim and we figured with the breakfast included it kind of took the sting out of the *rate we paid. When we took her to swim they had the spa all drained and were cleaning it. I guess it happens. The breakfast was wonderful - the server was such a sweet lady. She was making homemade pancakes and they had biscuits and homemade gravy...Yummo!!!

I'd stay here again, but don't expect to be able to use the laundry facilities. There was one or two washers for the whole hotel and it was difficult to get a turn with them because everyone else seemed to need to do a load as well.
