We stayed here for one night on a business trip rather than drive back to Phoenix and it was awful. The room was super dirty. The carpet looked like someone had dropped food on it and rather than cleaning the room, someone just walked all over it so there were crumbs ground into it. The refrigerator was dirty and the sheets were too. I've stayed at alot of hotels in Tucson and this was beyond bad.

We booked ahead and at the low rate we wondered what the motel would be like. We obtained a downstairs room close to the entrance as we requested since I don't walk well. Brian, at the desk, was the nicest, most helpful young man. New to his job and very keen to make our stay pleasant. The room was clean and quite spacious.
We have been travelling for a month so have seen many lower priced motels and this was one of the best ones (in the under $100 a night price range).
We met the manager and he was also friendly and helpful. He watched over the breakfast area and made sure there was fresh coffee and everyone had what they needed.
Being close (within walking distance for an able-bodied person) to Cracker Barrel, a steak house and popular hamburg joints is a bonus.
We booked in for one night and decided to stay two. -

Maid service does not give you clean towels, the take your dirty ones and do not give any back, no wash cloths at all, no tolet paper. You have to go to the front disk and ask them for what you want. Washer and drier were filthy and drier does not work. This is the second Super 8 I have stayed at and the first one was as bad. This is the last time I will ever stay at a Super 8. I will sleep in the car first.

Had to go to lobby EVERYDAY to get key correct. They advertise free wi-fi but signal is always low and keeps cutting off, might as well use dial-up, at least you don't keep getting cut off.
We found food left in the drawers and the bathrooms were dirty. We didn't get any wash clothes for FOUR days even after calling front desk. Two electrical outlets didn't work. Mirror had words written (Like Clean Me and other words I can't mention) on them because they hadn't been cleaned and was that way when we arrived and when we left 4 days later.
I have stayed at many other Super 8s and this is the WORST. There are alot of motels in the area, try one of them I sure will next time. -

When we reserved the room, they neglected to let us know that there would be jack hammers taking out their pool very early in the morning, right outside our window. When I went down and asked the manager why we were not informed, she said they had no idea this would be done and that was just too bad for me. They would not even offer to move us to a different room.
