  My overall review is probably a 2-2.5 as this motel was VERY NOISY. There were many construction people staying here and the doors were banging all day and all night. The desk worker was marginal and was not really friendly. The room was ok, but the toilet leaked and made noise continuously. I probably wouldn't stay at this establishment again.

  Live in small town came to Mauldin to get away from farm.Library,park and stores all walking distance and a choice of several resturants. Went to downtown Greenville in 15 min, enjoyed free music in the park, the water falls and the fun of reading the sidewalk and counting the bronze mice.motel is clean and people are pleasant to talk with.
