  We recently stayed at this hotel due to convience. Our son had just had a new baby and he lives in the Avon area. This was the closet hotel to his home. We have stayed here in the past but it had been approx. five years since our last stay here. The hotel staff was unprofessional upon our check in. The desk clerk was messing with photos and a locked drawer and we had to ask that he check us in. The beds were so lumpy & hard - needed replaced. The pillows & linens were also unacceptable. The towels flet like drying off with sand paper- needed softener. We didn't try the breakfast offered. And when we checked out a day ealry - they didn't even inquire why? or what they could do to make our stay more enjoyable.I called your online travel website staff to get a credit for this night. And the agent said that he would call the hotel to make sure they hadn't charged us and call me back. I'm still waiting on that return call. An unsatisfied customer -

  I recommend this hotel, to anyone who is staying in this area. The staff was great, I had some xpedia troubles they helped me solve it. The hotel and the rooms were very clean. GREAT STAY!!
