nice clean rooms, lots of rules and relegulations written by the management. The volume on the TV was governed and controlled by the magic control of the management. The volume was very low and could hardly hear the programs due to this limited control placed on the TV volume.

My stay was exceptional. The woman at the front desk, and she was very nice. She was the one I spoke with on the phone, she took me into the hotel, and her pleasantness was a welcomed change to what I had experienced in months. She was limping and you could see that she was hurting, but she never let it affect her job or her customers. If more employees of other hotels were like that all hotels would strive in this economy. As soon as I walked in the door or even in the room I was greeted by a smile. She even gave us some good hints on places to go visit while we were here. Whoever is responsible for hiring her, you did a great job! The rooms were very well kept, clean, no stains on the sheets or towels. There was a microwave and refrigerator in the room, and both were very clean much to my surprise. When I wanted directions, the other girl at the desk, but she gave me very precise directions and smiled the whole time. The entire hotel was kept clean to a standard that you would expect in a fancy five star hotel. I can tell you this, as long as it stays clean like it is, and those two girls are there to help me, I will most definately stay there everytime I stay in that town.

The only problem I had with this hotel was the lady at the front desk and a ""chirping"" smoke alarm. When I first walked in with my print-out from online travel website and started to speak the lady said ""All I need is a name."" When I went to bed I noticed a smoke alarm that kept making the noise when the batteries go dead. I went up to the front desk and told the same lady from earlier my problem. She only took the smoke alarm down in the hallway right outside my door. She kept making excuses like ""I think what you're hearing is the rail in the stairs"" and ""i just changed this battery last week."" When ever she was done ""fixing"" the problem, the sound was still there. Instead of complaining more I tried to ignore the problem until the next morning. When I checked out, it was the same woman. I told her a different smoke alarm was making the noise and she gave me more excuses. The hotel itself was spotless. The towels and sheets had no stains and smelled fresh. The bathroom was very clean. The bed and pillows were soft and fluffy. I didn't get an opportunity to use the pool but from what I saw it was also clean. A shopping center and decent restaurants were in convenient locations. I would recommend staying here.
