Staff was very friendly. Room was very nice, clean, & climate controlled, so that you could set the temp where you wanted. Whirlpool jets were pretty weak & the pool was a bit on the cool side, but those were the only negatives. The luggage carts were always in the entrance & were available when we needed them. The bed was probably one of the most comfortable that we've ever slept on. Breakfast was great (biscuits & gravy), & the other selections (hot & cold) were good, also. The room had an small fridge that worked well & kept our perishables from perishing & our drinks nice & cold. It's too bad that the other hotels that we stayed at on our trip out west weren't as nice as this one!

We stayed here in March and April 2008. The hotel lobby and rooms are very well kept. All updated, extremely comfortable. Very cozy, warm feeling! Beautifully decorated! The pool was very clean! We needed to change rooms due to the number of people in our party. The staff was extremely accomodating! No hassle! Very friendly. The breakfast bar was delicious, always well stocked. Even enjoyed the free popcorn!!! The location is fantastic. Close to everything from fast food, to dining, to shopping!! Enjoyed the computer in the lobby, also. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!! Thanks for allowing us to visit. We will be back. Jeff and Cindi Z. form Racine, Wisconsin!

We have stayed in over 20 hotels in the past three months and I have to say this was one of the top ones for us. The bed was so comfortable and the room was gorgeous with the western theme. The pool was comfortable, but the hot tub was huge and very warm. The hotel it's self was very pretty and loved the whole animal western theme that went throughout. And if you care not to stay in Billings, for a 10 minute drive this is a great place to stay!!!!
