  Hotel run-down overall. In my room, the toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall, remote control for the television didn't work, carpet in the room very worn, with torn spots. Housekeeping completely skipped my room - returned after a very long day ready to shower and had no clean towels, etc. - had to run to front desk for that. There are multiple hotels in this same area - surely the others are better!
