  We have stayed here multiple times in the past 5 years. It has always been a pleasant experience. The staff is friendly. The rooms are spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The separate tub and shower in the bathroom is a nice feature. All in all it has always been a good place to stay and we would return without hesitation.

  Super comfortable bed. Impecable service. Cybercafe, Starbucks, excellent cuisine. Felt like I was staying with good friends.
  Awesome hotel. Will definitely stay again.

  Our room was extremely noisy all night from pipes in wall(?) when complaint made desk person was already aware of problem . manager then denied a problem. $* compensation given on an ...

  Our room was extremely noisy all night from pipes in wall(?) When complaint made desk person was already aware of problem . Manager then denied a problem. $* compensation given on an upgraded room only. After keeping a family up all night, this is an insult when the problem was known prior to us staying in room. When official response from hotel was given, they promised that the problem would be fixed for the next person. Big deal. I wouldn't doubt it hasn't been fixed. BEWARE of this hotel. The rest of the hotel is wonderful. The fitnes club has tennis and rachetball courts as well as 2 pools to add to the pool in the hotel. The dining room's breakfast was very nice and the staff in the restaurant was great. I wouldn't trust the management of this hotel. I was left feeling deceived.

  Great hotel! comfy bed, safe in closet, very friendly staff, great amenities. fully equipped exercise club, two pools, and good food at reasonable prices.

  This was a good overall hotel stayed there for only a couple days though There was not to much to do at the hotel but had an alright indoor swimming pool. THIS PLACE HAD GREAT SERVICE!!! they service there was friendly and told you everything you need to know just not a lot of things to do there
