  The room was comfortable and the beds were great! It was clean and relatively quiet (we were right by the ice machine, though) However, the "Business Center" was a small desk in the lobby with a computer on it. The printer didn't work most of the time and we were relying on it to get our event schedules. The day we left, a small boy (I believe he was with the staff) was playing games on the computer and I had to ask him several times to get off so I could get my travel maps. This was a Holiday Inn Express. We stayed at one in ATlanta last month nad had the same food experience. The fare is OK but DO NOT EAT THE SAUSAGE GRAVY! Both hotels seemed to have the same recipe. Thst food staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful.

  Very disappointed in this facility & the lack of concern from the staff. Lots of small bugs crawling on walls & in the bathroom. Told front desk & they just said "oh, it's that time of the year". Never offered to change rooms, not that it would have helped. Very noisy with paper thin walls, very poor selection on the breakfast bar. Would never stay here again!

  In the list of room features on the website it said the rooms are equipt with wirlpool tubs that is not correct and it was a disapointment for me because I wanted to surprise my wife on an overnite getaway. Really it was the reason I chose the hotel over my other options

  Great cleanup service. 5 ft pool that's kept pretty clean. Friendly staff. Easy to find off the HWY. I've stayed here both times I made a trip from MI to KY, and intend to stay here again. The only complaint I ever have is that the breakfast selection is small and doesn't change.
