  Just returned from trip there. I had requested 2 rooms with queen beds the site shows a hair dryer as standard, there was a holder, but no dryer in either room. I was there with my son, his wife and my grandson for my Dad's 77th birthday. I had checked us in turned on the air conditioners and then left to go to the airport to pick up everyone else. So, there was not a close inspection of the room at that time. Only noticed the hair dryer missing. I called while waiting for everyone to come in at the airport and told them of the problem and was told "I'll tell the owner." nothing was said about addressing the problem. We all went directly to my Dad's house and stayed until 10:30PM came to the hotel and went to bed. That is when we found out that the beds were only about 5" thick and were mostly springs. The other bed in my room had a large (put your arms out like you are making a circle) spot on the lower left hand side of bed. I called the next day and asked about moving to other rooms and was told that rooms are rented out by the week and may not be avaliable, but they would try to move us. I noticed the entire side of the hotel we were on was vacent. It was the No Smoking side. Never heard anything that day about a room change. We were there from July 17 until July 20 and had already prepaid and would have lost all of the monies paid if we did not stay there. I would never stay there again

  Room was not real clean, but for $*/night I wouldn't expect much more. The height of the shower head would not be good for all but kids or the shortest adults. The hair dryer in my room cut out after less than a minute. Good thing I brought one. The continental breakfast seemed fairly lame, though there were make-to-order waffles.
