We loved this hotel!!! We have also stayed at the Radisson and liked the Hyatt better. We had an ocean view room which was big and roomy, had a wonderfully comfortable bed and nice bathroom. It had a huge shower (no tub), but we liked it just as well. The property is laid out very conveniently and has a gorgeous pool area with a nice juice bar, beachside bar with good food and drinks and very nice people. Has two pairs of black swans and numerous parrots who can talk!! Great restaurants, beach, and casino. We don't have a bad thing to say at all!!! We'll stay here every time we visit Aruba!!!i

I have stayed at the Westin and Riu, but the Hyatt is the best place I have stayed at in Aruba so far. They do not take short cuts. My room was beautiful. My bed was comfortable. The bathroom was modern and big. My room was spotless. The spa gym was great. I got a breakfast each morning. I chose the buffet. The food and service was great. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is in the middle of everything. The pool was great. If the price is right, I will be back. My preference would be to stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon from 9/13 to 9/19. As soon as we arrived, we knew we picked the right resort. The staff were all nice and helpful. The hotel grounds are beautiful and right on the beach. We stayed on the 5th floor right above the bar, so it was loud at night, but didn't really bother us. We both didn't do much, but heard bingo at the pool and basic scuba diving lesson (not sure for free or not). The beach is wonderful, with water activities abound. The location was great, within walking distance to many restaurants and stores. Tip: Buy water and other snacks at the mini mart to save some cash. Ask the front desk for a fridge and they'll have one brought up to your room. Bring lots of ones and fives for tip as well.

We visit Aruba every year, we faithfully stay at the Hyatt for 12 days. We love Aruba!!!!! The Hyatt treats you like kings and queens. We would not stay anywhere else. see you all next year. we will be arriving june 28,2010.
