Our hotel experience was the pits. The rooms appeared clean and the staff was very friendly at check in, however it didn't take long to find out that there was no hot water. The next morning the manager told us the pilot light blew out. However, ironically there were new hot water tanks. Additionally, he said he had come in early that morning to light the pilot lights, but we still didn't have hot water. One room came with extra guests... Roaches. I wouldn't stay here again because I felt lied to by management. They should have told us at check in there was no hot water!
