I am a priority club member of Holiday Inn Express and stay over 100 nights a year while traveling for my job. This has been the worst Hotel I have ever stayed at. The breakfast area was missing 80 percent of the usual items, the staff was extremely rude when asked about the missing items, the room was substandard. I actually went north 10 miles and ate breakfast at the other Holiday Inn Express which was much friendlier and had the full breakfast and service I expected. Do not stay here...this is my own personal opinion.

12/03/2007First went into room noticed hairs in shower and in bathroom floor...so went into bedroom and turned back sheets and noticed hair on the sheets...trash not changed and ...
First went into room noticed hairs in shower and in bathroom floor...so went into bedroom and turned back sheets and noticed hair on the sheets...trash not changed and debris on floor,went to front desk to tell clerk and he did not seem to care so we requested a refund and went somewhere else.

The pool was nice, kind of small (3-5 ft) but it was large enough. The fitness room was terrible. The stair stepper didn't work the bike was awkward, and the treadmill was supposed to have been new but it just didn't work right. The rooms were large enough, we had a nonsmoking room but there was an awful smell in the room. Never figured out what that was. Cedar Village is right next door, great place to eat. Overall it was pretty good.
