  It was a wonderful experiance for my Fther in Law and Husband. I was sick and unable to go and the Hotel Staff was very helpful by allowing me to change the name on the reservation, which I was very thankful for. We would use this hotel again. Thank you so much.

  Far 2-3 miles away from shakespear fesitval area. need a car to reach center of town. no nearby eating locations did not have signs off freeway hard to locate.

• Smokers Beware

  I stayed at this hotel last year and found it quite satisfactory. This year I made reservations a week ahead for a smoking room. I arrived at check-in time and was told the room was not ready and I had to wait an hour. After 1-1/2 hours the manager told me there were no smoking rooms left. He did offer a no smoking suite for the same price but it was a stormy day and I had no intention of smoking outside in the rain. We had to cancel the reservation -- I am still not sure whether or not I was charged for the room. They did not even offer to help find us another hotel
  
  Since I had searched the web diligently for a hotel where I could smoke I felt this was false advertising. In effect they lured me there by saying they had smoking rooms when in fact they didn't. I will never book with them again.

  This is a newer hotel. It admittedly is othing fancy, but extremely clean and well kept. You get more than what you pay for in a very well set up continental breakfast buffet with reasonable hours. The friendliness of the staff and their wanting to make your stay comfortable and good is extraordinary from our hotel experiences. I would stay there again, no question. Conventient location, as well.
