Positive- cheap nightly rate and quiet area Negative gnat flying near sink, spider in bathroom, got bitten by an ant while sitting at the table bathroom is EXTREMELY small, door actually rubbed against toilet when you open the door I won't stay here again, I'd rather pay 20 dollars more per to stay in Laurel

Not worth it!!!
02/12/2008The owner of this hotel went the cheapest route on every detail. they did not install an elevator.....so you have to carry your luggage up the emergency stairs.

There is no "Hot Breakfast" as thier website touts. Just 3 types of cereal and some donuts. Cheap mattress and pillows. "ONE" cup ONLY coffee in room. And the maids don't give you extra shampoo or soap if you stay more than one day. No Lotion or conditioner at all.
Not Business freindly. Wanted $1.50 a page for faxing.
The address reads as Laurel....... This hotel is actually in Ellisville where there is few place to eat. ---on the plus side, it's quite.
Will not stay again. The small stuff is important to me. -

For the most part this hotel was okay. My husband and I were having a romantic weekend before he left for overseas, and wanted somewhere a little more secluded. This was the case about the location, so it fit our needs in that way. However, the maid services were rude and did not clean the rooms adequately. On Sunday morning, the third morning of our stay the maid service knocked on our door at 8:45 and again at 9:10, both times we asked them to come back later. We left our room at 10am, when we returned at 4pm, our room had not been cleaned at all, we had new towels, but our bed linens had not been changed, our garabages were left unemptied, and dirty towels were left where we had left them. When we informed the front desk they seemed uncaring and ignored our concerns.

The hotel was very clean, the rooms were average size, the bathroom is a bit small, the front desk staff was very pleasant and the continental breakfast in the morning was fine but not as much was available as I have seen other places. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and very reasonably priced.
