  Ok well first off this is not the place to stay near the airport because the rooms are filthy and the night staff rude and unhelpful. Above and beyond that they despise The online company and by extension will do nothing for anyone who books online. I forfeited my non-refundable reservation for two nights rather than stay here. The online company bureacrats in Mumbai were not any more helpful than the hotel staff. All I can say is if you book online you better make sure that it is a quality establishment becuase otherwise you will lose your money as I did.

  I have stayed at all the big chain hotels I never seen so clean rooms, I am impressed. Love their Free Wi-Fi, 24 hrs coffee, 24 hrs Airport Shuttle, Extended Cable 70 Plus Channels including HBO ,They even Printed my Boarding Pass Free and their Free Continental Breakfast Starts from 4.00AM to 10.00AM..Very Friendly Staff...24 Hrs Restaurants & Bars or get delivered in your room by local Restaurants? till 2.00AM ...Wow....I like their PARK & FLY Package Deal so easy & convenient with much cheaper ....My chidren are also very happy..

  This was the worst travel experience I've ever had in my life. The hotel promises a ""kitchenette"" but that turns out to be only a cube size fridge and tiny microwave, which in my case, didn't work. They moved me to another room but the fridge and microwave kept going out. Some of the outlets in the room did not work at all. The room with ""kitchenette"" did not even have tiny table with 2 chairs common in many motels. The staff was rude, and when I got my online travel website involved to help me get out of the reservation, they locked me out of my room, told me the room had been reassigned to another patron, and then charged me for that night!!! I am still fighting with the hotel to get a refund for a room I was locked out of. I had a child with me, and this was not the kind of environment I wanted him exposed to. Avoid this place!
