  I was very disappointed when I walked in the room at this hotel. The carpet was really stained, lighting was poor, looked so dark and dingy. Furniture is torn up, curtain old and dirty, had to lift up on the door to get the deadbolt to lock. There was even a long hair in the refridgerator. Housekeeping cleaned the room with the door open (I was given the room before it was cleaned so I was waiting outside the room for her to finish) so needless to say a few flies spent the night buzzing my head. I chose this hotel since it was on the lake, and it does have a nice view, but not worth it when you are scared to touch anything!

  I stayed 5 nights in this Super 8. It's not a fancy place to stay but the room was clean, front desk was helpful and my kids loved the pool. I got just what I expected for the price. It didn't break the budget. I would stay there again.

  This is one of the worst places I have stayed in a long time. The hotel rooms are run down and are in bad shape. The beds were even worse with worn out mattresses and holes in the sheets and blankets. The housekeeping was very poor also. Some days they would empty your trash and others they wouldn't. And then there is the advertised boat ramp. This is a public boat ramp that has not been maintained. The boat ramp was blocked by drift wood and trash with maybe enough room to park two vehicles. I was scared to launch my boat there and trailered it to other boat launches. Even for the money this place shouldn't have any star rating. We checked out early and ended our trip early due to this hotel.

  I disagree with the other review. Of course it's not nice, it's a Super 8, but for a Super 8 it's not too bad. The view from the Swimming Pool over the lake was pretty nice, and the rooms did have a refrigerator and microwave.
