We did not have a good experience at this hotel. The first disappointment was that we did not have hot water in the shower. We called the desk and someone came up and tinkered with it. We had one good shower, and lost hot water again. Our stay was in the winter, and the window would not shut all the way. The howling wind kept me up at night. The continental breakfast was okay. Some of the food tasted like it had been out for awhile, and it was hard to find a place to sit. I can't think of anything positive to say about our stay.

We were so surprised when we entered our room...almost a full kitchen (lacked an oven), 2 flat screen TV's, fireplace, nice furniture, very comfortable beds and whirlpool tub just to name a few items. Very clean. Though there wasn't enough hot water to fill the tub without the water shoot all over the bathroom...kids!!! We loved that fact that it was connected to Splash Lagoon. DEFINITELY WOULD STAY AGAIN!!

We found the found dest staff to be courteous and friendly. We did ask some misinformation from the front dest staff. We asked how late Splash Lagoon was open and was given incorrect information. The contintental breakfast in the morning was good. They had a lot of variety, this is one of the best continental breakfasts that I have had.
