The place is nice, the rooms were fine. This hotel advertises that they have super quiet rooms and will even show you a display of how the walls are constructed. HOWEVER...none of that matters when nothing has been done about the entry doors! The litterally slam shut, and all morning people were in and out of their rooms...so it was continuous door slamming. It is had to believe that they would go through all that trouble to have "quiet rooms," but then they completely ignore an obvious noise problem. Doors that SLAM? Really? It was horrible. If they fix that problem, it would be a nice place to stay.

I stayed here with my three children- not much for them to do other than swim. Rooms are small and bathroom in our room was tiny. Didn't have a lot of room to set up the pack-n- play for our baby, had to take the table and chairs out of our room to fit.

Great Place to stay! Quiet, nice breakfast, pool and whirlpool were clean and warm and the staff went out of their way to give us directions and answer all of our questions. We would recommend AmericInn Grand Rapids to anyone!
