Stayed one week at low internet rate. Accommodations were good and service and politeness of staff was unsurpassed. My wife is cold natured and the lack of an extra blanket in the room was the only possible complaint after 7 nights. Will stay there again.

Saturday night after Thanksgiving is not a good time to have computer problems! For some reason, when the desk clerk assigned someone a room, it allowed her to assign the same room to someone else a short time later. The result was someone walking into our room unannounced. They also seemed a little unprepared for a Thanksgiving travel weekend. Our room had no soap or towels in it. Otherwise, a perfectly acceptable stay, especially considering what we paid.

I booked this room for a single night stay. Everything was nice. I was surprised at how small the bathroom was but that wasn't a big deal. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable and the digital temp control on the A/C unit was great. My only suggestion to the management: Don't let your desk clerks sit in the lobby and watch tv. They should be behind the desk during peak hours. I had to wait for the clerk to put down the tv remote and walk back to the front desk to check in AND to check out. (Two different clerks!) .

This is a nice hotel, well located in West Montoe, LA. Rooms were very clean. The bedding was firm and fresh. Internet worked well. The breakfast was mediocre, but better than nothing. I would recommend this hotel to business travelers.

The hotel was very clean and smelled wonderful. Everything was kept in tip top shape. The continental breakfast was to die for with biscuits and gravy, waffles and muffins to name the highlights. The beds were nice and firm with three different pillows to choose from to lay your head on....or prop up nice and comfy to watch TV. The only disappointing thing was the pool. It seemed more like an oversized jacuzzi because it was so small and the pump was not running so there were leaves and bugs in it. If the pool isn't important you will love this hotel.
