  We stayed there with my other family and thought it was a good place to stay. The front desk person was really good to us, he talked to us and told us about ruidoso and the lady at night she was very helpful asked us if we needed directions with anything. We used to live there but it had changed.. All in all yes, i would stay there again hope to be there soon again. Thank You!

  Management was rude - reservations all messed up - they tried three rooms before they found one that was clean and empty - they checked us out the next day so our keys ...

  Management was rude - reservations all messed up - they tried three rooms before they found one that was clean AND empty - they checked us out the next day so our keys wouldn't work when we came in cold and tired - restaurant is closed - but the beds weren't too bad - the room was pretty big -and the staff tried really really hard. Even the manager - when the snow came, the manager was outside with a shovel to help get cars out of the lot. Remodeling - at one time probably a showcase, now worn - hopefully on the way up....

  On the day we stayed, there was some snow in ruidoso so we were told the cleaning crew could not get to work. our two rooms were not ready until ...

  On the day we stayed, there was some snow in Ruidoso so we were told the cleaning crew could not get to work. Our two rooms were not ready until 8:30pm! At 4:00pm, we were told another 1 1/2 hours, when we went back, we were told they were clean, but were not. We came back from dinner at 8:30pm and the cleaner was just finishing up. The kids were hoping to use the pool but didn't get a chance.
