Normally, we LOVE Comfort Inns. One we stayed in was in Bellefontaine, OH. No elevator, obnoxious, LOUD bar. We got back to hotel late and could NOT fall asleep due to people leaving bar. Loud, obnoxious, honking, yelling - yuck. I remember seeing the clock at 3:00 a.m. as I was still trying to fall asleep. NO parking due to the # of people in bar. I drove around six times to find a spot and finally just left my van near the front door. When the staff asked how my visit was and I ""complained"" about noise and parking, they were like, yeah, we're trying to get people to be quieter.

We enjoyed our four night stay at the Comfort Inn, Bellefontaine, OH. The front desk personnel were especially friendly and helpful. We did not experience any noise from the bar (and our stay included a Friday and Saturday night). I really appreciate the ""greenwise"" conservation efforts on the part of the motel in allowing us to choose not to have the bed linens changed every night. All in all, it was a very good stay in a moderately-priced motel.

Our group had three rooms, none of which had housekeeping during our stay, even after requesting at front desk AND stopping the housekeeper. Hotel staff was not very responsive to the problem. We travel a lot, and this visit (and how our complaints were handled) have prompted us to choose to stay elsewhere on all of our upcoming travels.
