  Hotel is OK- hallways and rooms could use new carpets. Rooms are comfortable, pool is nice but not cleaned very well, full of all kinds of bugs. Breakfast is good, but not nearly enough tables. Rooms have a small refrigerator and microwave. Hotel is located near the west end of Highway 192, not alot of restaurants within walking distance. The grounds are located within the Summer Bay resort. Beautiful grounds, clubhouse and various pools to swim. Probably would not stay again. Holiday Inn on Palm Parkway much cleaner.
