    I was pleasently surprised on the whole hotel. Having never stayed in a Hilton Garden Inn before I was not sure what to expect. It was clean everywhere, all staff was extremely helpful with everything, the lobby was beautiful, and the room was beyond my expectations. From the wonderful sheets on the bed to the amazingly soft water in the bathroom - I will never stay anywhere else but in a Hilton Garden Inn - no matter what the cost.

    After calling ahead before normal check-in time that we would be arriving late between 10 and 11 pm, we arrived to find our room given to someone else. Without mentioning a thing about it, they gave us a different room - THAT SOMEONE ELSE WAS USING! We prepaid in cash, then was given a third room that turned out to be a king, non-smoking, with a rollaway added. I paid for a double, smoking room. The manager told me I would be charged $$ cleaning deposit if I chose to smoke in the room I was given. He further went on to offer to put me at another hotel, but I would be responsible for any increase in cost. The managerment and night staff were rude and dismissive. The fourth room we were given the following morning of check-in was a broken down handicapped room. It was given ashtrays, but there were no fans - not even in the bathroom. The shower flooded the bathroom as it was for a wheelchair, but was not sufficiently depressed for good drainage. The closet door was incorrectly hung and would barely open; the door to the room did not open or close without the full weight of a person thrown behind it; even the television remote didn't work. Additionally, the entire four days of our stay (until securing lodging elsewhere) none of the pay-per-view options were available. The day staff and the restaurant staff were extremely helpful and friendly, but could not make up for the horrible management and lodging. Hilton as a chain has lost my business!

    Just when i thought customer service was dead or required a platinum card i find this place. they even had room service, something i haven't seen at reasonably priced ...

    Just when I thought customer service was dead or required a platinum card I find this place. They even had room service, something I haven't seen at reasonably priced hotels in over 10 years. Paper every morning, fresh baked cookies at the front desk, in room workout gear, wi fi, ect ect ect. All for less expense then most. Also 5 min from downtown.
