    I have never gone to Oregon, and since it was such a short visit, I relied on the hotel staff to help with some of my selections. When I first arrivied, the hotel staff were very friendly, all my arrangments had been made in advance and I was greeted and treated with the utmost care and concern. I found their smiles a big plus for myself as I was somewhere new and different to me. The room was spotless and cleaned when we left for the day. They have a wonderful Continental Breakfast that is great. Hot was Hot, Cold was Cold and there was plenty to last the full 3 hours of the meal. The hotel staff had lots of information on things of interest in the area plus they had a well stocked rack full of information of anywhere in Oregon that you might want to visit. The whole experience was great, very clean, well lit inside and out but the very best were the great staff. I will stay there again next time I visit Redmond.

    Had a wonderful and impressive river rapids right outside our room window. while the rapids was fairly loud with the window open, we never heard it with the window closed. ...

    Had a wonderful and impressive river rapids right outside our room window. While the rapids was fairly loud with the window open, we never heard it with the window closed. Very quiet room. Spa was a bit too hot for our comfort. Pool temp was great, kids loved it. Allows pets but no good area to walk to dog.
