I will start with the bad. The beds weren't great and the rooms were small but plesent. The food was what you would expect at an all inclusive (some bad, some great, most ok) and you got sick of it real qucik. The final bad thing was it is topless and it's not the people you would want to be topless (if there's such a thing). That's pretty much all the bad things. The good list goes on and on so I will just say the best. The staff was AMAZING and really made the trip memorable. The activites would start at 10am and go all day and as far as I knew all night (until 3am or later). They had fun games on the beach and by the pool during the day which kept the teenager busy and allowed him to make some new friends. The shows at night were 3 and 4 out of 5 stars (which i would say is good). The pools and beach area were great, it over exceeded my expectations. The waits to eat at a la cart (the nice dinners) were an hour but if you went before 8 you could get in right away. I would recomend this hotel to anyone who is going for the beach, the pool, the entertainment, the kids, and not for food and extreamly comfertable beds. I would tell anyone coming to Puta Cana to stay here with out a seccond thought!
