    This place is terrible. The pillos are small, and if you want better pillows, you have to pay 3 dollars per night. You have to pay for the seafood restaurant, the lobster is 30 dollars. The hotel room got flooded, because the roof has a leak. The food is terrible. The a-la-carte restaurants tell you there is no reservation, but when you get there, they tell you they are full.The poor servers do their job, but they are very restricted. The restaurants do not have a bridge from to another when they close. YOu have to eat breakfast from 8 to 10, then you have to wait till 12 if you want to eat something. No snacks in the lobby or coffee. Not American geared hotel, very European geared.Will never go back to Punta Cana, cruising is way much better, with the money you expend on the all inclusive, which really is not, you can pay a cruise, and have money left over to drink to you drop. And that is another thing, drinks are waterdown, unless you tip.

    Hey guys, my hubby and I just got back from our trip to Punta Cana. The resort where we were staying was very very nice. All inclusive!!! And buzz and food were excellent. We didn’t not have to finish our first drink and had another one already! I really enjoyed strong brown Ron (that the way they called Rom over there). Service didn’t speak English very well and I had a chance to practice my Spanish… After couple shots I spoke fluently… hahahah beach was nice and clean. It was nice. Food was very tasty; I can kill for those cucumbers and passion’s fruits, my hubby enjoyed pasta!!! Every night they had a new show in theater and “Michele Jackson Show” was the best, right after show we went to the club where I shaked it under Caribbean music… Last night they even put one song of Tarkan (he is Turkish singer who those who doesn’t know) and I enjoyed it a lot. When we were leaving we were crying… It is a defiantly the place where we would go back…. One minus!!!! my hubby didn’t like – TV is not a flat screen!

    This is a really nice resort, since the owner has 4 resorts on one big piece of land. It's a great perk that anyone staying at one resort can use facilities of the others. My friend and I were met by really friendly staff from check in, who were available to help us with any issues. Most of the staff knows some english/french but mostly speak in spanish so unless you know some, it might be a problem. I stayed in a junior suite with lots of room (2 beds and a sofa bed). No face towels in the room, I guess they don't use them. The jacuzzi in the room was nice. Food was ok.. nothing special but not bad either. Even if you plan on going to the buffet everynight I recommend taking the shuttle over to the palace resort where food was better.

    This is one of the best resorts for vacationers. You make it what you want. Enjoyed just relaxing and having the biggest decision in our day be what time we would go to dinner. Napping, laying around, and kickin' back with others is ideal. Need cabana boys though for drinks at the beach.
